Purposes
Data is collected to qualify a tax request, receive documents, forward the file to ORAVIA with your consent, track statuses and produce introducer-commission reporting.
Categories of data
Identity, contact details, country of residence, family situation, types of income, tax year, free-text messages, supporting documents and tracking events.
Documents
Documents are stored in a secure space. Viewing links are intended to be temporary. No impots.gouv.fr login or password should ever be submitted through the form.
Retention
By default, documents from files that are not converted are to be purged after 30 days. The retention period applicable to accepted files is to be confirmed by ORAVIA and its legal counsel.
GDPR rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, subject to the applicable legal conditions.
Legal validation
This policy is an operational baseline to be legally reviewed before going into production.
