Role of Dinno
Dinno acts as the technical publisher of the platform. Its role is limited to operating the website, the intake form, hosting, document relay, the lead-tracking database and reporting.
Role of ORAVIA
ORAVIA carries the chartered-accountancy mission once a file is accepted. The engagement letter is signed through Jesignexpert or any other tool chosen by the firm. Payment is collected through the firm's own Stripe account.

The content and estimates shown on the platform are general and indicative. Personalised advice is provided only within the scope of a mission accepted by ORAVIA.
Introducer commission
The 10% introducer commission due to Dinno is governed by the contract between Dinno and ORAVIA. It is not collected from the end client by Dinno.
